Child Relocation

If you are in Oklahoma and you or your minor child’s other parent are thinking about child relocation, there are specific requirements that must be met. Such requirements include providing notice to the other parent, giving reasons for the relocation, and providing a proposed new visitation schedule. This must be done according to the relocation statute, 43 O.S. 112.3.
